Did I get a good Laptop?

I just went and bought a brand new Laptop from Best Buy. A Acer for $349.99. Has 3gb of ram. 160gb of hard drive space. Dual core. dvd player. Has Windows 7 installed. And a 16.9inch screen. The mouse has also a built in page scroll. And I believe a built in webcam. What do you all think, did I make a good purchase?
