Dual Screen DVD Player

problems with a dual navi xdvdn9131?

i got the new dual dvd/nav cd player and it worked fine for a couple days, but now when i go to navi or put a SD card in the side of the screen all it does is says LOADING across the screen. i put the SD card in an adapter and plug it into the USB port in the front it reads it fine.... please help

1. Sounds like there is a problem with the navi sd card reader. Plugging in the adapter in the usb port kind of rebooted the navi. Thats why it kept saying loading.
2. go back to where you bought it and let them check it out. who installed the unit you or a shop.
